As Founder and President of the firm, Roy advises his team as well as entrepreneurs, founders, executive teams, investors, and boards of fast-growing mission-driven consumer brands and retailers nationwide. Roy’s experience spans all disciplines including: executive leadership, marketing, strategy, operations, finance, product creation, design, innovation, merchandising, supply chain, and human resources. Prior to Noto Group, he was the founder and Managing Partner of Generator Group, a leading executive search and recruitment consulting firm that ranked as one of the fastest growing privately held consulting firms in the nation in 2007. Early in his career, Roy was a Recruiting and Staffing Manager at Nike in the apparel division during a period of exponential growth.
In 2009, Roy was a recipient of the Sporting Goods Business SGB 40 Under 40 industry award. He has written for, and addressed, groups such as the American Marketing Association, American Electronics Association, Gear Trends, and the Outdoor Industry Association on topics that include talent alignment, hiring trends, executive recruiting, interviewing and selection.

Scott Allan is the Global General Manager of Hydro Flask, where he served as CEO and President until their acquisition by Helen of Troy in 2016. Before discovering the outdoor industry, Scott was a tech executive in Silicon Valley. Katrina Hahn is a C-Suite executive with a wealth of experience leading high growth consumer brands like Stitch Fix, Nike, Patagonia, and Gap. Since moving on from her role as Stitch Fix Women’s General Manager, Lisa has dedicated her time to companies that support the environment, wellness, and gender equality. She currently serves as an advisor and independent director including EILEEN FISHER, Cora, and Bulletin.
Lisa Bougie was the Vice President of Sales and Customer Marketing at Mrs. Meyers/Caldrea before joining Bare Snacks. Her experience extends to brands like Campbell Soup, Clorox, Brita, and more. Katrina has also served on various nonprofit boards dedicated to advancing women in the workplace, supporting young people on the path to college, and helping people save water, reduce waste, and conserve energy.
Steve Bonomo is the Head of Global Talent Acquisition for Twitter where he oversees a team of more than 200 recruiters and talent acquisition specialists. Steve brings a wealth of experience from outside of the tech world to his role at Twitter. Before joining Twitter, he was the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Adidas and a Recruiting Manager with TaylorMade Golf.
Jaime Schmidt is the founder of industry-disrupting brand Schmidt’s naturals. With Schmidt’s, she brought natural personal care products into the mainstream and scaled the company from kitchen to acquisition. Jaime is dedicated to building better businesses and recently launched two new ventures: Supermaker, a media platform that celebrates emerging entrepreneurs, and Color, an inclusive investment fund.
Hap Klopp spent 20 years as the President and CEO of The North Face. Hap now helps other entrepreneurial companies around the world with strategy through his company, HK Consulting. He also shares his insight as a speaker and writer.
